- For very large or bulky orders, going to N. Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, Channel Island and Isle Of Man, additional shipping charges may apply. This will be confirmed by telephone before dispatch.
- We will attempt delivery three times. If no is available to receive the parcel the couriers will leave a card which will allow you to arrange a new delivery.
- When possible our couriers will make an effort to leave the parcel in a safe location e.g. a neighbour. On the checkout pages you can provide us with details of your preferred safe location
- Please note if all delivery attempts fail and goods are returned to us, a new delivery charge of £5.95 + vat is applicable, should you wish to have the goods resent.
- A handling surcharge of £1.50 is applicable to orders below £15.00

Can I return my goods?
No-Fuss Returns Policy!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to return them within 30 days for a full refund of the value of the goods.
Please note packs must be sealed and in salable condition.
For hygienic purposes we are unable to return goods which are sold unwrapped e.g. foil platters, foil containers, plastic platters etc.
Can I collect the goods myself?
Yes, all collections from our warehouse are free of charge. Please choose "Customer collection" on checkout.
