Mashers is the trading name for Jumbo Products Ltd and has been selling disposable goods for over 40 years.
We specialize in both wholesale and retail sales, and operate from our brand new Manchester based cash and carry and from our retail shop.

We manufacture many lines ourselves which benefit our customers in both stock availability and competetive pricing.

As part of our always expanding ventures we are happy to welcome you on our internet retail site.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

• For very large or bulky orders, going to N. Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, Channel Island and Isle Of Man, additional shipping charges may apply. This will be confirmed by telephone before dispatch.
  
  
• We will attempt delivery three times. If no is available to receive the parcel the couriers will leave a card which will allow you to arrange a new delivery.
  
  
• When possible our couriers will make an effort to leave the parcel in a safe location e.g. a neighbour. On the checkout pages you can provide us with details of your preferred safe location
  
  
• Please note if all delivery attempts fail and goods are returned to us, a new delivery charge of £5.95 + vat is applicable, should you wish to have the goods resent.
  
  
• A handling surcharge of £1.50 is applicable to orders below £15.00

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

Returns Policy

No-Fuss Returns Policy!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to return them within 30 days for a full refund of the value of the goods.
Please note packs must be sealed and in salable condition.
For hygienic purposes we are unable to return goods which are sold unwrapped e.g. foil platters, foil containers, plastic platters etc.

We do our utmost to ensure that your gods are packed well and arrive intact.
In the event that you have received any broken items, please report immediately to enable us to a issue a refund or send replacements of the item(s) in question.
