If no one is available to receive the parcel the couriers will leave a card which will allow you to arrange a new delivery or collection.
When possible our couriers will make an effort to leave the parcel in a safe location e.g. a neighbor. On the checkout pages, you can provide us with details of your preferred safe location. Please note shipping notes are guidelines and we are unable to guarantee the exact location.
